Inside a container or pod

If the personal items we’re going to clean and restore are not that much, we have a container we can put near your garage or parking space. We’re going to transfer your damaged personal belongings to our container where they are safely stored, away from moisture, water, and fire. The cleaning and restoration process happens inside the pod. Our trained professionals will handle this task for you.

Offsite

If you have too many things that were damaged by fire and flood, and you don’t have enough space at home to store them. We’re going to transport them to our warehouse for safekeeping, cleaning, and restoration.

We have a temperature-controlled warehouse to carry out our offsite pack out and cleaning service. Our modern equipment and technology are there to efficiently remove all debris and damages done to your appliances, furniture, and other household items.

Royal Restoration did an AMAZING job restoring my home’s ceiling after it was damaged due to ice dams forming after the brutal prolong sub-zero temps we had in the DMV in February. After my kitchen ceiling started leaking due to ice dams forming, RR came by, tore out the ceiling and installed large fans in order to thoroughly dry the underlying structure. Then they re-installed the dry wall and insulation, and painted the area - even color matching a hard to find paint color that we have - so that it seamlessly blended with the rest of the room; restoring my kitchen back to its original state. Going through my home owners insurance made the process a little lengthy but it was well worth it in the end, and I HIGHLY recommend Royal!
