Sewage backed up into our Arlington basement. Royal Restoration handled it safely. Removed contaminated materials, sanitized, and deodorized. They followed all protocols. Disgusting job done with care and professionalism.

Fairfax storm tore some shingles off. Water poured into our attic. Royal Restoration tarped the roof, dried the insulation, and patched everything. Came same day. Honest pricing. Saved us from major damage.

Royal Restoration did an AMAZING job restoring my home’s ceiling after it was damaged due to ice dams forming after the brutal prolong sub-zero temps we had in the DMV in February. After my kitchen ceiling started leaking due to ice dams forming, RR came by, tore out the ceiling and installed large fans in order to thoroughly dry the underlying structure. Then they re-installed the dry wall and insulation, and painted the area - even color matching a hard to find paint color that we have - so that it seamlessly blended with the rest of the room; restoring my kitchen back to its original state. Going through my home owners insurance made the process a little lengthy but it was well worth it in the end, and I HIGHLY recommend Royal!

Awesome service and very professional! I had the pleasure of working with Morys, Wilfredo, and Sandy. I was out of town when a service was needed and they worked with me and my family to ensure the best time upon our arrival to return for service. Great communication and follow up! Would definitely recommend!

I had a great experience with this water damage restoration company! After a small flood in my basement, I didn’t know what to do. Luckily, their team was amazing. They arrived promptly, assessed the situation, and got right to work. They were friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Now, my basement is dry and fresh! If you’re in a bind, these are the folks you want on your side!
