If you want top notch work with friendly service and a great staff, this is the place to call!!! They are very precise with their work and I am always left beyond satisfied when the work is finished. I was grateful for all the services Royal Restoration provides, I couldn't find anyone with reasonable prices to help me clean my flooded basement until I called them. They had affordable prices and great customer service!! They showed up on time, walked me through everything and got to work! They definitely know what they're doing. This company is absolutely phenomenal. They exhibit professionalism, each employee is knowledgeable in their own expertise and if they don't know then I know they would be willing to find out. I'm grateful for the friendliness of each employee that entered in my home and the respect they gave as well. We had terrible water damage in our kitchen  from the sink and Royal Restoration initially came to perform the clean up and drying. They were very professional and worked directly with our insurance to process the claims which made things so simple. We really enjoyed their work and decided to also hire them for the repair work. Savas, Serghei and John were angels on earth when my 2800 sq ft home was completely flooded. I called Royal Restoration on a Sunday within 90 minutes  crew arrived ready to go to work! They scoped out the damage, provided a step by step plan for emergency mitigation through construction and everything in between. They handled every detail, coordinated with the insurance company, were fully transparent in communication and budgeting and literally took the burden off my shoulders and onto his. Savas and his team followed through on every commitment and finished the job within the expected time frame.  Savas and the team at Royal Restoration truly care about their customers and are all angels!!
