A call to Royal Restoration was made by Karen Mace, who is an owner of a single family home in Bethesda, Maryland. The owner stated that there was a water flood in her basement. The flood was caused by heavy rain which entered through the window well in the basement bedroom.
IICRC certified team of Royal Restoration arrived within the hour of Karen’s call and inspection had immediately begun. Full assessment, scope of work and estimate was created and these documents were provided to the customer. Upon the approval of the homeowner, the Royal Restoration team began their work. Unaffected content was moved away from the affected area to allow for accessibility. Unsalvageable items were removed from the house and disposed of. Drying equipment was then quickly set up which initiated the drying process.
The Royal Restoration reconstruction team successfully brought the house to its pre-loss construction by replacing the unsalvageable items. After the client confirmed that she is satisfied and happy, Royal Restoration left the residence in hopes of never having to come back.
