Happy Birthday, Yessenia!

At Royal Restoration DMV, we know great teams aren’t built just in the field. They’re built when we choose to show up for each other, plain and simple. This May, we stopped everything to celebrate Yessenia with cake, candles, and our whole family gathered together. Some of us were right there in person, others joined from home through the screen.

Showing Up for Each Other

What started as a regular workday in our Northern Virginia office turned into something special. The conference room was ready, the cake was lit, and our big screen came alive with teammates joining us through Google Meet. Everyone was there to celebrate Yessenia.
She had no idea what was coming. One moment we’re working, talking through projects like any other day. Next thing you know, there’s a birthday cake in front of Yessenia and the whole team’s singing Happy Birthday. People in the room, people on the screen. Near and far, our whole family showed up as one.
Distance doesn’t stop us from celebrating the people who matter at Royal Restoration DMV. Whether it’s a water emergency at 3 AM or a birthday in May, we show up for our clients and we show up for each other. That’s how we’ve always done things. It starts right here with our own team.

“The candles were lit, the cake was ready, and whether you were in the room or on the screen, everyone was there for Yessenia. That’s what makes this team different.”
