Born in Connecticut and raised all over – Ohio, Kentucky, and finally Virginia – Andrew came to Northern Virginia in his early 20s with one clear goal: own a business. After working inventory and customer service jobs, Andrew joined Shiny Carpet Cleaning as an assistant manager under founder Savas Bozkurt. That’s where everything clicked for him. Working with clients every day in a busy environment, he learned the real basics of running a business, making sales, and keeping operations smooth. The results spoke for themselves – the company’s revenue grew by 50% with his help.
