Born in Tajikistan, Ruslan came to Virginia as a teenager with big dreams and the work ethic to make them real. He speaks three languages fluently and adapts to whatever comes his way. He found his place in the DMV area quickly, taking every chance to grow, learn, and work his way up to leadership roles that families can count on.

His path to project management started naturally: he’s always loved working on cars and fixing things with his hands. A friend introduced him to construction work, and Ruslan took to it right away. What started as hands-on field work grew into a full career in construction, remodeling, and restoration. His dedication earned him a promotion to reconstruction manager, where he oversees a team of ten. He’s never looked back since.

Today, Ruslan has successfully managed and completed over 115 projects across the DMV area. He covers everything from full reconstruction and remodeling to water damage restoration and structural repairs. His 9+ years in management roles have given him the real expertise to handle complex projects efficiently. He keeps quality high, timelines tight, and clients informed every step of the way.
